REFUND POLICY
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Klipz Premium subscriptions made through our payment processor, Creem.io. It does not apply to the free tier of the Service, which involves no payment.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of the initial charge, provided that:
- The request is made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- The refund request is submitted to legal@klipz.app with the email address used at checkout.
- You have not made excessive use of the Service during the refund window (see Section 5).
This 14-day window is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive. By subscribing and immediately accessing Klipz Premium features, you acknowledge that the Service has been delivered and you may be waiving your right to a statutory cooling-off period under EU law. We nonetheless voluntarily offer the 14-day refund window described above.
3. No Refunds on Renewals
After the initial 14-day window, all subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes all monthly renewal charges. Klipz is a digital service that provides immediate access to its features upon payment; no refunds will be issued for renewal periods, partial months, or unused time remaining in a billing cycle.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Creem.io account settings or by contacting us at legal@klipz.app. Cancellation stops future charges. You will retain access to Klipz Premium until the end of your current paid billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already charged.
5. Abuse and Disqualification
We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we determine that the request constitutes abuse of this policy. Abuse includes but is not limited to:
- Subscribing, making heavy use of the Service, and then requesting a refund.
- Repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles across multiple accounts.
- Providing false or misleading information in a refund request.
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at legal@klipz.app.
Users who abuse the refund process may have their access to the Service suspended or permanently terminated.
6. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly — for example, due to a duplicate charge or a billing error — please contact us immediately at legal@klipz.app. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund as appropriate regardless of the 14-day window.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through Creem.io within 5–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or payment provider and is outside our control.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
